Agreement
By engaging with PrismDataMatrix.digital, you enter into a legal agreement with Prism Data Matrix. These terms govern your access to our technical documentation, software downloads, and proprietary data matrix decoding interfaces.
If you do not agree to these protocols, you are prohibited from utilizing our systems or accessing any industrial intelligence provided through this domain. We reserve the right to modify these terms as industrial standards and technological requirements evolve.
Acceptance Criteria

- • Automated scraping of decoding logic is strictly prohibited.
Proprietary Intelligence Systems
All content, algorithms, and data matrix decoding methodologies hosted on this site are the exclusive property of Prism Data Matrix. Our systems represent significant investment in intellectual property and are protected under international copyright and industrial design laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view documentation for evaluation purposes. Reproduction, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of our intelligence frameworks will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

System Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based decoding intelligence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and unforeseen network disruptions are outside our liability scope.
Data Accuracy
Our decoding systems are provided "as is." Industrial users must validate system outputs within their specific safety-critical environments before full-scale deployment.
Integrations
Prism Data Matrix is not responsible for data loss or hardware failure resulting from incompatible third-party integration standards or legacy logistical hardware.
Global Use
Our services are hosted from Tokyo, Japan. Users accessing the platform from other regions are responsible for compliance with local data transmission regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any conflicts arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. We encourage industrial partners to seek internal resolution via our technical support channels before initiating formal legal proceedings.
